  1. Praise Report: Christ Day (June 13 in Berne) was a great blessing for Switzerland and Europe. Over 25,000 people of all denominations committed themselves to an evangelistic lifestyle by opening their houses for their neighbours and sharing God’s love with them. The flagbearers of the 2750 Swiss municipalities prayed for them and blessed them for their commitment to an evangelistic lifestyle. Now we are holding the theme “Houses of Hope – Places of Friendship” up by all kind of initiatives. We want to give all the glory to the Lord for the outpouring of God’s grace at Christ Day.
  2. Pray that the results of Christ Day 2010 will cause thousands of Houses of Hope, Places of Friendship, to be established to cover the nation so that everyone in Switzerland knows someone who truly follows Jesus.   3. Pray for revival in Switzerland and that the Holy Spirit might stir the nation again. Pray that the work of the Lord that began in “Christ Day” will grow and expand.
  4. Pray that prayerful men and women of God in both the leadership and the congregations may be used to bring revival to the whole Swiss nation.
  5. Please pray for the political leaders of Switzerland: President Doris Leuthard and Vice President Moritz Leuenberger.

Switzerland has the highest proportion of foreign residents of any major European country. Wealth, comfort, indifference and a vague religiosity have become the norm, and many people do not know what real Christianity is. Many baptized as children no longer retain any church link.
